The people running it are kind, but I lost power twice due to inconsistent electrical charge. That meant I couldn't run my AC and it was hot. Highway noise would've been muffled if I could've run my AC.
A nice property, seemingly friendly staff. One of my first calls, when I moved down to Texas. Both, mine and theirs, timing was off. But it's all good. They have really nice new pool, probably seasonal.

We have been here for a year now and know this spot to be very nice. Joe and Jennifer keep the place very clean with great facilities including an awesome laundry room, nice pool and lots of shade trees with a clean picnic aera. It's also just 200 yards off the Guadalupe River with a boat ramp access great for kayaking, boating and fishing. Highly recommended.
