Had a 3pm appt. At 4pm asked the secretary how much longer? Response "well you're next but there's a lot of people waiting to see the doctor so it'll be a while." Seriously? why even have us make appts! Terrible way to run a business. Waste of my time and sad i was referred there. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time.
Good doctor but long wait time.
Dr. Tsen is great. I have never had to wait more that 20 minutes for an appointment. He is thorough and takes the time to listen. I love that he actually uses the patient portal, that I have access to all my records and can communicate with him by email through the portal.
